Feedback gevenOwner is condescending and rude. the store has great history but was ran much better by her brother. her products are way overpriced and most of the time old/out of date.
Quality cheese and Carol is so pleasant to deal with! The only place I know of where you can get 20 year old cheddar.
I’ve wanted to stop before finally did the owner was not very friendly argumentative and very much bragging she let me try some really good aged cheese so obviously I bought some and it was awful oily and salty with hard crystallized pieces in it for $75 a pound I would never ever again and I love cheese but this is not good.
Can’t believe other reviewers are knocking the friendly older woman who works here. This place is worth a visit, partially to talk to her!
Lots of history in this shop. The lady who owns this has worked in cheese factories her whole life. Need to know about acid level, coloring, aging, any other esoteric stuff about cheese then this is the place to go.
