Admission decidedly anonymous and unmarked, when you arrive and enter the gate, after parking you do not know which side to enter because the appearance is that of a single-family house any, then to review the external accommodation (instead to build from scratch). Arrived in the hall (no more than 20) the waitress asks us if we know how it works and explains the formula of 6 appetizers, a first, a second and dessert. Never referred to the price or cost... Prices never explicit (also my fault not asking). 1 bottle of pecorino (almost completely firm) 3 bottles of water (via refills from one liter) and 4 fixed menus. All in all, good quality of the product, appreciable equipment and just quantity, sin for the overall atmosphere. Similar to the time of the account: only fixed menu, not specified on TheFork, at the time of the account the waitress on voice makes a quick account (we were in 4) and tells us: It's 80€ . I remind him of the reservation on TheFork and head towards the kitchen. Returning tells us that they were 40€ per head, which became 20€ per head with theFork, so always 80€. So, given the obvious lack of clarity, I recommend that you give yourself clarification on prices at the moment you enter. Ah, the receipt is to be asked explicitly... Otherwise it seems to be frequent to forget it (on 4 paying tables before us, we are the only ones to have come out with regular receipt). A couple of customers smoked undisturbed an electronic cigarette, the manager didn't worry. I would remind the manager that the smoking ban is also extended by law to electronic cigarettes. In conclusion, it is neither a restaurant nor a tavern... is a living room in the back of a single-family house dispersed to Marino, quite sad, to the limits of the legal. Thanks to The Fork we discovered this restaurant, at the beginning we were a little warm because there was only a fixed menu and there was only one wine. They start bringing them and we immediately begin to think again raw appetizers, very fresh and especially delicious, they continue with the cooked too delicious a first in my opinion exceptional second and sweet pecorino wine that I had underrated proved a great wine to match with all the courses. Do you recommend it? Without shadow of doubt yes, quality ratio impressive price.
For asking for a private clarification about the price applied with the fork festival I was treated with an extreme rudeness. Fixed price menu 30 euro. If you book with the Fork is 40, then in fact 50% discount is not applied. Go eat at McDonald's....you're used to eating and not paying.... In catering, it is not enough to cook, and we are certainly not at a Michelin star level, we must also know how to do it with the customer. CET because you eat well but education counts.
