Amazing service great food for a great price. Went home with plenty for later. Will definitely be going back.

The quality of this restaurant really went downhill since San left. My favorite dish when San was there was the Fettuccine Alfredo. The new owners tweeked the recipe and started adding black pepper and basil to the Alfredo sauce which the combo gives the sauce a super bitter taste. I am a real Fettuccine Alfredo connoisseur and it was awful! Basil is something you add to red sauces NOT Alfredo sauce. Basil is sweet and Alfredo is creamy, the two don’t pair well. Also, why are you cooking BOH with black pepper, when you are providing salt and black pepper on the tables? Additionally the new owners burnt the garlic knots and started using garlic butter instead of garlic oil the way San used to make them. I am disappointed with the new owners.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a bit apprehensive about going since the change in ownership. I absolutely loved the original Sans and was hoping it would be just as good. I'm really glad I did. The food and service was great like usual. Thanks to the new owner for continuing to provide excellent food and service.

First time getting a pizza from the new owners. Everyone was very nice but the pizza was tasteless. Absolutely no flavor, cheese didn't taste like real mozzarella. the crust was doughy and not thin as advertised. We were regulars of the original Sans, but won't be back anymore.

Pizza was like cheesy soup, crust was way too big and the undercarriage was all floppy. I was told this was good pizza, it's not. Italians should be making Italian food
