Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Marion

Food was good and staff was good. Bathroom was a bit bad.

The staff was quite unfriendly. I had to use an outdoor toilet, and we had to bring our own drinks because they informed us that their water was not safe to use. However, while we were there, a customer at the drive-thru mentioned that the water was fine to use. It seemed like the staff was unaware of this.

As an out-of-town visitor looking to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom, I was disappointed to find that the restrooms were closed due to a water shortage. I went up to the counter to place an order, but there were two employees—a teenage boy and girl—who seemed more interested in chatting with each other, with the boy even texting on his phone. Despite standing there for a full minute without any acknowledgment, they didn’t seem to notice us. Frustrated, we decided to leave and headed to the nearby McDonald's, where the restroom was open and the staff were actually attentive and working.

I went through the drive-thru and waited for 10 minutes only to be told that the chocolate soft serve was unavailable again. It was really frustrating!

My companion and I visited the drive-thru! I got a salted caramel blondie Blizzard, and it was, as always, absolutely incredible! The woman ordered her usual strawberry shake, which she devoured in no time. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
