Domino's Pizza - Marion

Picked up a bunch of Pizzas for the boys gaming tournament! They loved it, a great time had by all!!Parking: Zip right in, park in front and grab your pizzas!

Real friendly staff. Real good, fresh pizza. Awesome atmosphere. This is a great pizza joint.Kid-friendliness: A step stool is there so the kids can watch the pizza being made.

Always friendly staff. I had stepped outside to sit in my car while waiting and they brought my food out to me which was very nice. I didn't expect that. Luckily I was only customer there at that time. Love their garlic knots and tried the stuffed bread which was awesome.

Little long of a wait..Parking: Very big open lot..Wheelchair accessibility: Come and go as you please all open doors for your wheels

Look I have given the Marion Ohio Domino's a 5 star rating in the past on Google but after this third problem I've had with them and how the manager talked to me when I called in about my cold pizza I'm gonna have to give them a 1 star at best. They told me after dragging my pizza around town to other deliveries which I watched on the tracker the delivery driver go north of town twice before bringing my food to the SW end of town that I need to heat my food back up in my oven. That there drivers are having to take multiple orders and that he's not refunding or sending me a fresh pizza. So for a third time in recent history I've had to eat literally a cold old dinner. They unfortunately have lost me as a weekly some times multiple times a week customer perminatly after the unprofessional way this young manager handled the situation.
