Feedback gevenI usually love this Starbucks and have always had a great experience! In this case, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my drink, but with the customer service. When I went in, there were two teenage girls working and were standing talking. When I approached the counter, they body scanned me and then glared. I kindly asked for my drink and the one behind the register replies ?... that?s it?? In a ridiculously snobby tone. While I?m waiting for my drink the two teenage girls keep talking and when it was done, the same girl from the register slides the drink onto the counter, says my name, and then tosses the straw at me. No thank you or kindness what so ever.
Disappointed in the lack of customer service with this Starbucks location. We ordered two chai?s with almond milk and espresso. When we tried our drinks, they tasted like 95% almond milk with no chai flavor. We kindly asked the barista named Grace to remake our drinks and the second time, they still tasted like a cup of almond milk and I?m pretty sure she didn?t include the espresso shots that we paid for. Usually not a big deal to us but if we?re paying $14 for two drinks I would expect better quality. Don?t waste your time at this location.
It may be a little easier to go to the other one with the drive-thru but this one always has the good cups if you're a collector. The girls that work on Saturday mornings are a pleasure and such sweethearts, they truly went above and beyond for me a couple weeks ago. So thank you!!
I usually go to the other store because it has a drive-thru but this one has the best cups. A lot of people collect and they always seem to have the best selection. And the girls that were working a few Saturdays ago were so amazing, they truly went above and beyond for me. The only problem is that you cannot redeem stars or tip through the app, which are the only things I would change.
Coffee was hot like it should be and employees were helpful and polite.
