Tackett's Southern -b-que - Marion

Meat was smoked spot on! Came right off the bone and wasn't dry and tough. I like my slaw more tart than they had but it was still good.

Great food and better people! Truly a family business knocking it out of the park!

This was my first time eating Tackett's. It was awesome! The pulled pork and Rib sandwiches were soooo good! Everyone loved them. The rub they use on the ribs is super good. I did prefer the Carolina sauce over the BBQ sauce and so did my family but that's just preference lol. Only thing I'm upset about is that it took me this long to eat there! Definitely top 5 in my favorites.

The smoked meat is excellent. The wings were moister than usual, and the ribs were very tasty. The mac and cheese are also delicious. The bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with pulled pork barbecue sauce and cheese is incredible. Plus, you can't beat the prices!

I consider myself a barbecue enthusiast, and I can confidently say that Tacketts is the best I've had north of Tennessee! The staff are friendly, and the BBQ sunshades are a unique and fantastic addition to the flavors. I highly recommend Tacketts to everyone!
