I've had the pleasure of enjoying Dave's amazing food on multiple occasions, but my favorite experience was at our wedding. He prepared a wonderful dinner for our reception, featuring delicious tri-tip and chicken, accompanied by a variety of tasty sides like old-fashioned bacon green beans, salads, and rolls. Everyone loved the meal, and it truly made our special day unforgettable. Thank you, Dave!

This restaurant is owned by an exceptional individual who prepares incredible food at very reasonable prices. Everything on the menu is outstanding. It is undoubtedly one of the best places for smoked meats—along with equally impressive sides—in the Central Valley and even beyond. It is definitely the top choice in the Yosemite foothills. The short drive off Highway 140 up Highway 49 is absolutely worth it if you're passing through Mariposa or living downtown. While Dave primarily offers takeout, there is a small dining area that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for community interaction where people can chat and enjoy each other's company. This place deserves to be on everyone's must-visit dining list as often as possible.

I had the opportunity to try your Tri Tip Sandwich when you were at Sweet Water before the Music on the Green event at the Art Park, and it was fantastic! The following week, I sampled your ribs, and they were just as delicious. I'm excited to try one of your BBQ Chicken dinners next! Everything has been so delicious!
