The Advocate Arms - Market Rasen

Nice friendly place, we called in for a meal without booking during the Bank Holiday and they made a table available. The service was fast friendly, very welcoming. The food was good, there's a wide range available, very tasty and served hot. I would be very happy having this as my local but I was only down for the weekends racing. Booked here for a meal (17 guys) After the meal I was told off for vaping in a very abrupt manner(no signs up) I was in a separate area so only myself there and when told was apologetic but was followed up with a comment that 's why we have outside the person was only in their 20 's and very unpleasant. The employees were knowledgeable about the vegan options on the menu and were able to accommodate requests for vegan modifications.

I called ahead and was assured that there would be vegan options available. The menu changes regularly, but I was able to be shown which dishes were vegan upon arrival. The food was excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover there were three vegan dessert options. The doughnuts were particularly delicious! I would definitely return to this restaurant.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and offers a good variety, but the service is lacking. It can be a bit slow, likely due to not having enough staff to accommodate all of the customers.
