Their new paper straws are not it, changes the taste of the drinks. Not to mention the Color from the straw is seeping into the beverage as well… ?.

I really wish there was one of these in Florida. Friendly staff, great service, great tea, tasted so good. I'd 100% recommend and return

I can't understand how they consistently mess up my order. I visit infrequently, hoping that each time will be different, but they still get it wrong. It's baffling how poor the service is at this location. They were great when they first opened, and the staff seemed capable. It's truly disappointing. To make matters worse, the cashier tried to upsell me after messing up my order! That's really poor customer service.

The main reason I felt compelled to write this review is the loud music in the store. I've tried to ignore it in the past, but it's starting to become bothersome. I’m not sure if it’s just me, as I do have some sensory sensitivities. I usually come here hoping for a cozy spot to work or read by myself for an hour while I wait, but the noise is quite distracting. I could choose to go somewhere else, but everything else about this place has been good, so I hope this feedback might be helpful.
