Leyla was very attentive to the table and was very professional and courteous. The food was good and my family and I enjoyed it.

Was able to walk in for a table for 2 at 8pm and was given a large and comfortable table. I inquired about the nail service and the server was helpful with booking me in line on the tablet and was transparent with the potential wait time.The menu was on the tablet and very clear cut and easy to navigate. As the food was arriving the server was so attentive to help us peel shrimps, making us personal soups, and unveiling little hacks of Haidilao as we looked completely clueless.Joe was great, always very prompt with any requests we had and went above and beyond for us and was visible to the other tables as well.Lighting was a bit harsh and uncomfortable. Food was great and well seasoned, barely needed a dipping sauce.Please never change your service philosophy, it's great!
