Hatch Coffee Roasters - Markham

I am referred by my coffee experience of another cafe in downtown and I saw Hatch Coffee. We ordered Flat White and Latte. The milk are both steamed with smooth and silky texture with a very special characteristics of Starlight’s espresso shot. We would say these two cups of coffee are one of the best in our memories. I ordered different beans to try with my Siphon coffee maker at my home.

We tried the Coffee Tonic here, and it was a delightful experience! Fun fact: this place supplies coffee beans to many coffee shops across the Greater Toronto Area, and their coffee beans are incredibly rich and flavorful! We opted for the Blackout Espresso for our drink. The Coffee Tonic was essentially a mix of espresso and tonic water, and the tonic really enhanced the flavor of the espresso. It had a sour and bubbly taste, but despite the sourness, we loved this drink because the coffee was absolutely delicious!

This is a great local coffee roaster! A friend recommended it to me when I was on the hunt for specialty coffee beans. Their online ordering and subscription services are quite impressive. Plus, there's free parking available right in front of the store!

The most incredible coffee you'll ever taste! I’ve had two subscriptions per month for about a year now. The coffee is always fresh, with amazing quality and a fantastic variety.
