Feedback gevenStaff were running behind and complaining about another staff who had spilled a drink on the floor and then left for the day. Drink was made wrong and instead of an apology the person who made the drink was questioning me, it was clearly made wrong. Not a good experience try another location. For 15 bucks you spend at Starbucks these days for two drinks the staff and company need to focus on better customer service.
Staff are usually friendly. I ordered a grande oat latte,but it was missing an inch of milk. I asked for more but the barista looked annoyed. I ordered on another visit and the cashier was super friendly but typed my drink order wrong.
Never coming back to this location again. 20 mins at the drive through today, and got the wrong order and a passive aggressive staff. Drinks are always filled to the top with ice.
Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Ordered an iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso and they handed me a hot coffee. When I said I ordered something different the staff member gave me a dirty look.This Starbucks is disorganized and can’t get their customer service down pat..whole point in a drive thru is to be in and out in under 5 minutes.
Shout out to Kris he's so nice and gave us free drinks along with our order! Thank you ?????
