I will never step foot in this subway again the food was so bad I got food poisoning. I would recommend this place to anyone Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I ordered a BOGO deal yesterday. After waiting 20 minutes, I received very little meat. Today, I reordered the same items using the app. The cart showed it would contain two items, but I only received one item after checking out. This is unacceptable! Beware of ordering on app ahead of time at this location. They make sure they cheap out on adding ingredients to your sandwich. When you come home and call them back, they say a manager will give us a call back. It’s been more than 2 months and I’ve never got that call lol. Emailed their support desk and they send out their standard excuse of innovation for putting lesser ingredients. Second visit and they didn’t have the bread I ordered in the app. So they didn’t even try to make up for it and just apologized. Ain’t visiting this location again.
I ordered something on their app meaning my instructions were printed and they could follow at their own pace, yet 50% was not met. How do you not toast? Were the instructions not clear enough? Very disappointed. Service: Take out Food: 1
