The mobile service is inadequate, even if you place your order 20-30 minutes in advance. Despite having six staff members, only one person is serving the drive-thru, and they seem to prioritize new customers over those waiting for existing orders. I've had to wait in line to place a new order multiple times during my visits to this Tim's. New customers are quickly served while I sit and wait for my order that I placed 20 minutes ago. If you ask for assistance, they tend to ignore you. What's the benefit of ordering ahead? There doesn’t seem to be any.
The cheerful smile of cashier Leetansna behind the counter truly brightened my day with the best coffee. Her upbeat demeanor and warm smile always bring positive energy.
I had a few disappointing experiences at the drive-thru because of some employees. Their greetings and order-taking felt unprofessional. I suggest that the owner review customer service protocols with this otherwise great team.
This is, without a doubt, the worst restaurant I've ever been to. It's unhygienic, with flies buzzing around the donuts and issues with other food items as well. To top it all off, you'll find yourself waiting an incredibly long time for your order. I really can’t understand how they are still in business.
