The soup is piping hot and you have the option of adding your own ingredients inside, and the amount of rice noodle (in case you want a refill) is unlimited! We went on a Tuesday and the place is packed so I could just imagine how it is during weekends.
This resto appears to be a two in 1 with noodle dishes and rice dishes too. We were craving noodles and ordered the noodles in soup that came with a bunch of tiny additions such as egg, Chinese sausage, pickled cabbage and wood ear. They have a few soup base such as original, tomato, spicy and coconut curry which is the one I got! The noodles are unlimited. There are also add-ons for the noodle soup such as bok choy, beef ball, lamb etc which cost approximately $2.50 additional to the base price. My oldest got the beef brisket with thick pulled noodles and that was pretty good. The portion was good too! We also ordered the popcorn chicken. The meat was very tender and it was soft. It wasn't super crispy. The service is quick. I could see they have a lot of takeout orders and the place is super busy. The tables are nicely spaced out. They also offer a membership program which I didn't inquire about. They accept cash and debit only.
If you're looking for an authentic and delicious bowl of crossing the bridge rice noodle soup, you have to try YunShang Rice Noodle! This restaurant specializes in this Yunnan Province specialty, which is made up of fresh rice noodles, thinly sliced meat, vegetables, and a rich and flavorful broth. The soup at YunShang Rice Noodle is simply amazing. The broth is full of flavor and depth, and the rice noodles are always cooked to perfection soft, but not mushy. The sliced meat and vegetables add great texture and flavor to the dish, and the whole bowl is just incredibly satisfying. In addition to the soup, the restaurant also offers appetizers such as fried brown sugar rice cake. The restaurant itself is clean and cozy, with attentive and friendly staff. And, the prices are very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food you get. Overall, if you're a fan of crossing the bridge rice noodle soup or just love trying new and delicious dishes, YunShang Rice Noodle is a must visit. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and satisfying dining experience.
I ordered the spicy sichuan rice noodle. The portion is cute but small, so make sure you ask for extra noodle. The taste is pretty good. Service is ok. The food comes fast. It's an alternative to going to McDonald's. Comfort food.
As the weather gets colder, you crave for a bowl of hot noodles soup. Ordered their original rice noodles soup, braised chicken with rice and pig ears with celery. All their dishes are tend to be salty, but the rice noodle soup is very blend (I tried their tomatoes soup before, which is more flavourful). The noodles soup comes with 10 small dishes on the side (includes meat, corn, egg and ect) and free noodles refill. I like the flexibility which you can add in what you like and have more noodles if needed. The braised chicken is very tasty but I find it salty, which is good when you have it with rice. You can choose the chicken with bone or without, I personally like it with bone cause you can taste the sauce when you eat it. It comes with standard mushrooms and green peppers, you can add more sides to it with additional cost. Overall, the food and the experiences are great. Customer service was very attentive and caring.
