Feedback gevenWe received an item that was damaged during shipment. They initially offered to replace the part, but due to the machine they graciously agreed to return the item. The staff have been in constant communication n the return status. I would highly recommend using them for all high end coffee machine purchases.
I have purchased, at least four Jura espresso machines from this business. I have purchased for friends, my offices, and my homes.The customer service is stellar. The recommendations have all been solid. I have bought three Jura E8 machines and I’ve had zero problems with all three machines. The latest Jura E8 arrived with a small crack in the plastic reservoir. I called, and received a new reservoir within 2 business days. Unbelievably Fast.Many years ago, my first Jura machine needed serviced. The service was very quick and very professional.I won’t buy from box stores or malls.

They sold me a defective rancilio silvia espresso machine and told me I had to ship it back to NJ. after telling me it wasn't defective. I highly recommend buying one directly from the company and not here. Save your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. No stars wasn't an option. They ripped me off!
I felt I was bothering the male owner by asking questions about the two different espresso machines I was interested in. All I wanted was some basic information as to why he preferred Jura vs DeLonghi. He was short and rude, so I spent $1,500 at Costco (AMAZING deals).
