While many have written about the owners being rude my primary interaction has been with the kids that run this Carvel ice cream store in a daily basis. They are very nice and accommodating to even your trying kids.The Carvel strawberry ice cream tastes very weird and fake in its flavoring unfortunately.I find their soft serve (softy) ice cream to be way too creamy for my taste. Even in the kids cup, it became repulsive to eat after a point because of the strong creamy feeling as opposed to it being an ice cream.

Always the best soft serve and ice cream cakes. the staff is happy to design anything on a cake for you and they do a great job putting enough toppings on ice cream and in their shakes.

DO NOT COME. Rude customer service. Overcharging customer while under-serving toppings. This is the worst carvel in Monmouth county.

The Business Owners here fight over neighbors mistakenly throwing Garbage in their cans... very petty. They're an extremely rude husband and wife team that walk into other businesses and start yelling in front of customers. Their daughter goes to school with my daughter, not sure how she feels about her family being labeled the GARBAGE FAMILY
