Hours are not correct which caused me to have to go through the trouble of refunding my mobile order
I visited the restaurant around 4 PM and encountered a staff member who appeared to be Southeast Asian. She seemed to be in a managerial role, but unfortunately, her customer service was quite rude. When I requested a small black coffee and a glazed pastry, she responded in an aggressive tone, asking, "What do you want?" That certainly isn't acceptable behavior for someone in a customer service position.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. One time, I ordered 25 munchkins and the staff wouldn’t let me choose my preferred flavors. I thought maybe they were just busy, so I let it slide. Today, while I was waiting at the counter for my order, an Indian lady pointed out that I had left some trash (a straw wrapper) on the counter. Excuse me, that wasn’t even my trash, and it’s your responsibility to keep the counter clean. The lady didn’t apologize and just rolled her eyes instead. Seriously, what a low-quality establishment this is. I’ve been here over 20 times, but today was the last straw for me. I guess I’ll just have to drive a little further for my Starbucks.
Let me put it this way: everything has been fantastic! I've always been a bit of a fan of her bagels. Personally, I usually go for a toasted bagel with butter and a donut, and I’ve never been disappointed. Everything is simply delicious!
