Stax - Marlboro

One of my favorite brunch spots! It's family owned, the food is delicious and the service is always pleasant. I love that they have outdoor seating allow pets. Their extensive coffee menu is second to none. I've taken family and friends here and now they are regulars too!

Excellent selection of breakfast and lunch that are not usually available in other similar eatery that we've visited before.

I wish I could have Stax as part of my daily routine. I went in because I saw their specials on social media and am so happy I did because I had the most incredible breakfast. I absolutely love their chorizo but to make it even better they put it ON TOP of a magical fried mac and cheese bed layered with poached eggs AND avocado. It was heaven. My sweet tooth was taken care of after trying their tres leches pancakes. I don’t think I will ever experience a fluffier pancake, I could rest my head on it. It goes without saying that the chefs are outstanding! This spot deserves way more attention than it receives and I could only imagine how delicious everything else tastes! PSA do not look at the photos unless you want to start salivating

Our sever forgot about us. We waited about 15 min while I watched them help other tables and stand and talk to other servers and even all the other customers/ tables around us emptied out, then I finally was able to flag down another server to get ours. But the food didn't take too long and was very good.

The food was good. I expected more variety of stacked breakfasts like pancakes, benedics, etc. From a place called STAX. The service was slow from the start. It took several minutes to even get water and put in our drink orders. The place was not crowded, and the food took much longer than I would have expected to arrive at our table.For the money, I am not sure I would return.
