Visited for lunch today and had a starter and main for £10 excellent value for money. Speedy service but had to feel sorry for the one member of staff who was absolutely rushed off his feet. Casual dining chains have obviously need to reduce costs drastically to survive but they do need to consider the merits of having just one person on their own doing everything.

We visited Prezzo for lunch today and enjoyed our delicious pizzas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, credit for Prezzo is Amy, the young waitress who served us. The tables and toilets were spotlessly clean, lovely music in the background. We'll return again.

Good food, staff friendly, but the restaurant is nearly empty with the covid 19 restrictions so no atmosphere.

I had a wonderful dining experience. The portion sizes were enormous, and the waitress was very polite and knowledgeable. I spent more money at TGI on Friday and ended up feeling disappointed. I would much rather spend my money here, as the food was delicious!
