Feedback gevenAshley refused my service last Saturday because she was rude. I wanted to explain how to make a special Burrito disease, because I can't make a fragile sausage. not sure how she is an assistant. I was the only customer on the parking lot and she turned my money away instead of being polite. I told brenda about it and she sd would talk to her, but not sure her assistant will help. needs better help here.
We waited for 16 minutes without anyone attending to us, so we decided to leave.
I stopped in for some soda and tater tots, but after waiting over 30 minutes, I decided to leave. Not a good experience.
Great, but the orders come out wrong about 20 percent of the time
The Marlow Sonic may appear small from the autobahn, but don't be fooled; there are numerous service points for ordering and picking up food. In fact, it's a bit of a decorative gem. I particularly love the banners, the front sign, and all the neon accents. The food is typical of what you’d expect from Sonic. The staff here seem to be a bit friendlier compared to some of the larger locations I've visited, adding a touch of small-town charm to the usual customer service experience. Well done!
