I really enjoy the pretzels here; they're quite tasty. However, I've run into the same issue every time I've visited recently: they never seem to have any pretzels available. Whenever I ask, I'm told they aren’t ready, and there’s no offer to prepare some in the next ten minutes or so. If they would at least give me a timeframe, I could do some shopping at Walmart while I wait, which I’d be fine with. Instead, they just brush me off and focus on the customers behind me, making it feel like they want me to leave because it’s too much effort to actually make the pretzels. It seems like they’d rather just serve sandwiches from the same counter. So if you visit, I recommend going for the subs, not the pretzels, because you’ll likely find that they’re not prepared and probably won’t be ready anytime soon.

Last night at 7:00, I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. The woman at the counter was quite rude. Instead of a friendly greeting, she simply said, "What do you want?" It would have been nice to be welcomed with a little kindness. When my niece placed her order for the "3 get 1 free" deal, she asked me if I wanted something. I couldn't believe the lack of courtesy. It's surprising how little kindness was shown in this establishment.
