If you're looking for a delicious meal with authentic Chinese flavors, look no further. Be prepared for some dishes to be more authentic and less American. While they do offer classic American fare, the true flavor experience can be found in the main part of the menu. The pork soup noodles are generous in size, as are all the portions for every meal. You'll definitely want to come back to try more dishes.

When my friends visited me last year, they mentioned Chef Zhang, a new Szechuan restaurant that had recently opened near them. They insisted that I try it out, knowing I would appreciate it. As a native of New York's Flushing (Chinatown), I was initially skeptical about how good and authentic the food would be, as I already enjoyed authentic Chinese cuisine at home. However, after ordering a variety of appetizers and main dishes for a full experience, I was pleasantly surprised. The dishes arrived quickly and the aroma was tantalizing, surpassing my expectations. The service was excellent, with staff members being prompt and helpful, even as closing time approached. Some of my favorite dishes were the XO shrimp and the eggplant with garlic sauce. Every dish from the protein category was delicious. For those who are indecisive about where to eat, I highly recommend Chef Zhang. Even non-spicy food enthusiasts will find plenty of delicious options to enjoy.

Fantastic and budget-friendly dining experience! The menu is extensive, with brief descriptions of each dish. We were pleasantly surprised by the complex and flavorful dishes. While the atmosphere may be lacking, the taste more than makes up for it. Wow!

New year dinner with friends. the price is cheaper than philadelphia’s chinatown, and eating is delicious. the bill is more than $55, the lobster nudel just $20, they are soft open, we will come back
