Feedback gevenService terrible, 25 minutes to get a sandwich prepared and sitting in a refrigerator
Have been here on several occasions and service is extremely slow. Won't be back!
I arrived 45 minutes before closing, and felt like the staff were annoyed by my arrival as they were cleaning up. The chai latte and vanilla milkshake we ordered were so bad we threw them out. I normally would have gone back and very politely shared the drinks weren't great, but we were already halfway across the plaza. The combination of the poor drinks and service are the only reason I'm leaving this review.
I used to go to this coffee shop all the time when i was at Sunshine Plaza. I've been away for awhile in Sydney for work and came today and to my surprise this place has seriously gone down hill. It looks scruffy and dirty, and long waits. Not the staff's fault however. They're doing the best they can. They informed me that the franchisee Ben no longer owns it and now is owned by Head Office.The corporate muppet that now owns/runs it has understaffed this place dramatically for this time of year. Probably why Ben left, he couldn't stand dealing with people that didn't know how to actually run a cafe. This place was great when he was here. Such a shame that he's left. I'll be taking my business up to Jamacia Blue upstairs from now on.
I'm not one to do reviews, but I had to make an exception. I have never been so disappointed in a cafe before. I've been to crema in Brisbane multiple times and it's my favourite place to go. But here at Sunshine Plaza, it is the worst place to go. There were dirty dishes and rubbish everywhere for the world to see. Our drinks came out and they weren't cold, the cream on top had completely melted before the staff brought them out. The one ordered without cream, my son couldn't drink because it tasted like watered down cocoa!For the food, it was 40minutes before the first meal arrived and it was the wrong order, the waffles were cold and hard, 5 mins later the next meal came out and the nachos were sloppy and gross. Then after meal 1 and 2 had finished the open grills finally arrived, which had chocolate on the plate for some odd reason and the side of chips were cold. There was no salt on the table for seasoning.As someone who worked within customer service for over 10 years it was an epic disappointment and utterly unacceptable.
