Fred Young of Kew - Maroondah

Fred Young offers an all-day breakfast menu, children's menu, and freshly squeezed juices served in tall glasses.

The food and service was fantastic. Full credit to the new management and chef. This is well worth a visit.

Located just down the road from my brothers house, so picked it for breakfast on Saturday morning. The coffee was Good and the service timely, I had the Spanish omelette and it was a large and tasty portion. My partner had the poached eggs on flat bread with cucumber salad, she really enjoyed the meal and we both left feeling well fed and ready for a day of shopping in the city!

We waited 45 minutes for our meal at the restaurant. It wasn't very busy for a Saturday morning, and very little food was coming out of the kitchen. A couple who arrived 10 minutes after us received their meal before us. When we asked for a discount on our bill, the manager refused. This experience has made us decide not to return to this restaurant, and we will also not be recommending it to our foodie friends.

Child Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The Menu changes regularly and the food is always well presented. One of My children is anaphylactic to Dairy and they do a great soy milkshake for him when we visit. Highly Recommended.
