Civitel Olympic - Marousi

Revamped hotel , amenities are bit worn out. Staff polite and helpful. Very good breakfast On winter time rooms are very warm, cooling by opening window is not an option( very noisy road near) Overall good value for money.

It's not the most glamorous setting, that's for sure, but the place is spotless, the rooms large and very comfortable and the staff nice and friendly. It may lack character, but it does what is supposed to do very well, to provide a good rest after a day out.

They need to hire more staff. There is NO professional attitude from all type of managers. There is mold in almost every room (mostly in the bathrooms . The lower staff are doing their best but the higher is doing NOTHING to satisfy their clients. In every mistake they do they just give a complimentary wine. Also, very expensive like a 5* hotel but it is a 4* instead (lookes like 3*
