Store was empty no orders yet I received the wrong item.

Pizza was dry the ham taste like dog food they forgot my boneless wings they didn?t give me any ranch NEVER EAT HERE

Have any of you patrons noticed that the owner or upper management isn't addressing your reviews? I've gone through many of the customer comments and concerns, and I can't help but notice that management does not respond with gratitude or offer any apologies for the inconveniences experienced.

I had an awful experience with the customer service! My order never arrived, and when I called to check on it, I was told it would take another 30 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I called back again, only to learn they had no record of my order and it would take another 30 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer to feed my young child, especially since I was worried about the food's quality. I was really frustrated and even suggested they should be closed down. I certainly won’t be coming back!

The customer service was terrible, and the pizza delivery was even worse—it's consistently late and often arrives cold. The overall state of the restaurant is disappointing, and I wouldn't be shocked if there were issues with rodents.
