La-Or Thai - Marrickville

I went here for a quick, Friday night meal. The simple interior didn't bother me as the staff were attentive and friendly, and most importantly the food was delicious. The curry puffs, vegetarian pad thai and beef massaman ticked all the boxes. Only comment is the pad thai balance was a little off, but considering the price, convenience and overall tastiness this place is a winner.

This is my work lunchtime local! I hate to admit it, but I order the Pad Thai from this restaurant most days (less in the New Year, after certain dietary resolutions have been placed). Tonight however, we wanted to to order something different on a lazy night sans kitchen use. We went for the soft shell crab in curry sauce.. we love this dish from other restaurants near our house. Very delicious! Not the best... but still very tasty! ????

This is the third time Ive eaten here and its excellent. Authentic thai steamed ling fish with coconut rice and the thai beef Nun Tok salad YUM!

Food was fantastic. Walked in off the street with a bottle of wine and had a couple of entrees and a main between 2 and it was under 30 dollars.

A traditional Aussie pizza shop where you can sit down and eat pizza if you so desire, though the majority of their business is take-away orders.
