Dunkin' - Marriottsville

Worse Dunkin's ever. Been there several times. Service is terrible. Place not clean. It was run better at their original location. Only needed a drive thru there. I was there yesterday at around 10 am and trash was all over the place where you walked into the store. I didn't see 1 clean table inside and I had to ask for help even though 2 ladies were about 4 feet away from me talking. Hoping others are having better experiences.

Super slow service. Ordered through the kiosk, coffee came out relatively fast, however the food took 25 min. It seemed like they were bulking orders in the back because no food was brought out for 20 min and then 10 orders were brought out at the same time. Workers in need of training.

Same terrible service as previous location. The first time we went, we were the only customers and they got our order wrong (2 donuts, not rocket science). The second time, we waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes only to end up leaving empty handed along with several other cars tired of waiting.

One lazy guy took 15 minutes to get a coffee at 4 pm. Nobody in the store. Cold coffee then. Full of flies inside

I ordered half a dozen donuts for drive thru pick up on 1/27. 30 minutes later, when I arrive, I sit at drive thru for a few minutes and no one to be seen. I come inside, and again after a few min, someone comes out to the counter and when I ask about my order, he looks around then goes to the back. He 's gone for 10 minutes, while in the back I hear verbal arguing, but only from a female voice. A female eventually appears, throws a box of donuts on the counter and turns to leave. When I ask why it took so long to produce a box of donuts, she becomes verbally aggressive, yells that she 's had a bad day and shows no sign that she actually cares about her job or the customer, meaning no surprise if she 's serving up donuts from the dumpster. So all nightmarish customer service issues aside, I would avoid this DD out of concern that someone like this is back there, making your donuts if she has another bad day , I doubt she 'll feel too motivated to adhere to standards of hygiene and regulations relating to food preparation.
