Starbucks - Mars Hill

My experience at Americano was extremely disappointing. The coffee had no flavor whatsoever, so I asked the barista to remake it. Unfortunately, it still had no taste. To make matters worse, the barista didn’t apologize for the poor quality and seemed unfriendly. I won’t be returning.

I stopped by to purchase a gift card as a thank you for a family member, and they were thrilled to receive it. While I was there, Starbucks was offering samples of peppermint mocha iced coffee, so I gave it a try. However, it was way too sweet for my taste—almost like hot chocolate—so I won’t be buying that! I prefer my coffee plain, without sugar. On a positive note, the staff rang me up quickly and were very helpful. The gift card options were neatly displayed at the front, and I found one that said "thank you," which was perfect. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The coffee is fresh and the cashier was friendly. It's located inside Ingles. There was no line, and my coffee was served in about two minutes.

Awesome experience! Everyone who works there always seems to be pleasant, and Bethany, one of the baristas always makes my drinks exactly the way I like them!
