Feedback gevenI've been a faithful customer for years, Thursday night I call to order my usual pizzas, 1 royal, 1 cheese, 1 anchovies already the telephone reception has been a little different from what I knew for almost 5 years, no smile in the voice, expedient, I'm told 1h45 wait while it's only 18h10 ... I ask to do as soon as possible, I am delivered 1h20 later, impeccable delivery nothing to say, on the other hand pizzas make me realize that in fact the owners have changed between time, pizzas no longer have anything, the royal dripping of cheese that poured over the pizza and came to wet all the dough, ingredients different from those I have eaten for 5 years, the crispy no longer. the cheese is without any interest and the cheese is hard, and to finish the famous pizza to the dany anchovies that was exceptional no longer exists, to the place I had a cheese pizza with a few anchovies scattered on it!! I've never seen this before, ever seen an anchovies coming in cheese base ... sorry for the new owners but perso dany it's over for me. damage
We started ordering several weeks ago, everything was going very well, and Friday night.... it's the drama 2 command errors afterwards in the same evening, 1st phone report and pizza returned once again, passes again for one first time, it can happen ; despite a new 30-minute waiting to eat, then the second mistake, we agreed to keep it even if it was still not what we ordered.... 2nd report by phone, for form, which visibly did not rain to a certain person (the boss????? If that's the case, it's even more serious!!! , which might be discreet but that we were perfectly hearing, behind the person who answered us.... by allowing one Oh it's all right! , to make us understand that our complaints bore him a lot.... maybe he should remind him of the golden rule of any trade: the customer always is right! I'm glad we weren't charged the second... When you order a pizza mozza cheese without olives, repeating many times our preferences, it is not to have ham on the first, and even less with olives the second time.... extremely regrettable, because pizzas are really delicious!!! What a pity it is managed by such arrogant and poorly elevated people, who have forgotten the meaning of trade, the golden rule, and the politeness over the market! Result : you have lost 2 customers... but you are not the only ones on Marseilles (happyly, what you have probably also forgotten! ;
Almost no topping, delivered cold, unbearable taste, we couldn't eat them completely, they ended up in the trash.
I strongly advise this pizzeria it looks more like the pizza we find in the 5th chip market and I wonder if in fact it’s made down
Pizza with ordered merguez , with 13 pieces of merguez , I don't know if it's because of economy but you have to warn !!
