Americinn Complimentary Breakfast

As a Diamond Rewards Member I am eligible for a free suite upgrade upon request during check-in. I have been upgraded numerous times in the past, but the past 4 stays I have been denied upgrade even though there are suites available. I was given a list of excused, which all contradicted previous stays here. Cleanliness is subpar, internet connection is terrible, and rooms smell musty. Began booking all of my stays (200+ nights/year) at a hotel down the street. They have a loyalty program that is actually upheld and honored. Will not be back to this hotel or any Wyndham property for that matter. Unimpressed.

Eating Breakfast during our stay at the hotel in Marshall Minnesota

A nice clean and quite place to stay in Marshall, Minnesota. I had to be in Marshall for business and am glad that I chose to stay at this facility. I plan on staying here for future travel to the Marshall area.

Room reservation wrong was to have a fireplace and didn't the was staff rude and unhelpful. There was Construction in morning that was very loud constant banging. The breakfast was nasty the room was filthy with old **** linens on pull out sofa and cobwebs.

Have stayed here several times a year since it first opened (minus last year) and the place has always been fine. however, the two times we have stayed this year the halls smelled of BM and the rooms of BO. we will try someplace else the next time we are in town.
