Broadway Grille - Marshall

What first drew me to this establishment was the outdoor tables. It was a beautiful spring day. When the food arrived I was surprised by how good it was. In fact it was fantastic! Loved this place.

I was on a road trip, came across this amazing restaurant by chance, the burgers are amazing, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional.Very clean, so delicious, so professional, worth it by all means

The waitress was very nice and attentive. The food arrived quickly. All of us enjoyed our meal. They had Tuesday specials so it was affordable.

Ordered pizza ahead of time and were told they would be busy. Was told the pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. Got there 30 minutes later, waited a few minutes for a table, then waited another 30 minutes. We were just about to walk out when they found our pizza, already luke warm. They just don't seem to handle busy very well.On a side note, there were empty tables there the whole time so they weren't that busy. They need better processes in place to deal with busy.

Just tried to eat dinner with my family and was told we were not allowed to eat in their restaurant. This is only 1 of several other bad experiences with this place. Never a manager to explain. Should rate lower.
