Haley's Diner - Marshalltown

I've lived in Indiana for a few years and have developed a real passion for Pork Tenderloin sandwiches! When I came to work in town and discovered Haley's online, I couldn't resist trying it out, especially since they offered this delightful sandwich. Let me tell you—AMAZING! It was as big and delicious as I remember from my time in Hoosierland! The dining room is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The owner I spoke with was incredibly friendly. She treated me well and we had a great conversation.

One of the better small restaurants is my family. My wife grew up in the area and insisted that we go while we visited. I'm so glad she made it! The food was good and nobody was hungry. There were a variety of products to choose including regional flavors. The staff was friendly, helpful and hard working. They were even able to accept our party of twelve! My only torment is that there is no location in our hometown!

Love this place! I wish I could find a place in Colorado that has chickens and noodles as good as here. Husband had the best cheeseburger he had in a while, and my child ate her chicken! Will always come when in the area! A must go when you're in Marshalltown or get through!

Back to visit Marshalltown and had to stop after I was reminded of her chicken when I saw her sign. The chicken dinner was delicious and always homemade. Kim was very friendly and helpful she made my visit all the better.

I grew up in Marshalltown when Haley's was still a grocery store. Now that I've moved to Texas as an adult, I'm back for a visit and had to indulge in an authentic Central Iowa Tenderloin. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent, and the Tenderloin (actually a Pork Fritter Sandwich) was absolutely delicious. Whenever I come home, these two spots—this place and Maid-Rite—are always must-visit destinations.
