Scooter's Coffee - Marshalltown

My 14-year-old daughter claimed that her chocolate chip cookie was the best she has ever had (high praise)! We also tried the caramelicious and mocha small hot drinks, which were both perfect—flavorful and just the right temperature to enjoy without burning ourselves. The service was excellent! The cinnamon roll and the chocolate chip cookie were outstanding as well.

Miss Gracie absolutely LOVES the pup cups here! She gets so excited that she can't sit still when she sees Scooters, it's too funny! I also adore the sea salt caramel treat!

We liked the mango smoothie. Service was good and quick.

Same drink different size asked for no expresso in both. 1 was a tan color and the other all white. Asked why and she just shrugged. Ended up being one had expresso! Did not offer even to fix. Not to mention one had choc syrup on top and the other didn’t. Supposedly same drink! I figured when I got home I would just call and talk to manager and they have no phone number listed…

I ordered two caramel coffees with cream and sugar, but instead received two bitter black coffees with nothing added. Save your time and just go to Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff here clearly don't make an effort.
