Dairy Queen - Marshfield

The service here is quite rude; while some staff members are decent, the majority are quite unfriendly. This is at least the second time I’ve encountered false advertising regarding their promotions. Most recently, on Monday, November 7th, we went in to order a cake that was supposed to come with free Dilly Bars, but they told us the promotion hadn’t started yet. Even after we showed them the advertisement clearly stating that it began on November 1st, they still refused to honor it. It’s fine if you choose not to offer sales, but please don’t advertise deals you won’t uphold.

Had to repeat order 3 times and fix multiple mistakes only to still get the wrong food. Embarrassing service

My 2 Blizzards were not served upside down like at every other DQ ever! Upside down or it 's free, is a big LIE at this place! Not only were they not served upside down, I was not offered a gift card or 2 free Blizzards when I ponited it out. I was toldby a worker that this DQ does not follow that rule! DQ store owner, where is my gift card at? This exact store used to serve theblizzards upside down, what happened to the quality of the workers??

I've been to this restaurant a few times and it's been quite good for fast food. On my last visit, I ordered from Taco John's across the street while my friend chose Dairy Queen. I understand that they don't allow outside food, but I have to give them 4 stars because I had to sit outside in the cold to eat my meal. I admit, I'm not good with the cold! Despite that, we ended up eating there anyway, just at one of the tables, and no one said anything.

This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever visited! The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant was spotless. The interior was tidy and filled with charming decor, but since the weather was so lovely, we chose to eat outside and had an amazing experience. We were visiting from out of town, and this location is ten times better than the Dairy Queen in my hometown of Metropolis, IL.
