A beautiful little place for vegan eating. it is directly at the carbahn 44 and easy to reach for those who travel. the owner is super friendly and very courteous. try the chili and bbq tempoh sandwich when available!

Great menu. don't be afraid to try something! next to no vegan options in springfield, this place is definitely worth the running gear!

What a beautiful surprise in marshfield, mo! I have just stopped by the fully vegan plant-based polymath educational caffe in marshfield, mo and had the most delicious vegan lasagne! michelle is so wonderful and friendly, and we need to chat during my little piestop during my cross-country trip! the menu has tempo sandwiches, kichererbsensandwiches, zimtrolle, heelflakes, baked goods and several other delicious options. michelle expands the space to also provide a meeting room! I recommend this place for anyone who crosses Missouri or native in the opposite. Extra special bonus: she also gave me snacks for the street and additional coffee can not go over this place rave and michelle enough!
