Il Pirata - MARTA

This place was recommended to us by a friend, otherwise we would never have found it. Located at a beautiful yet somewhat hidden location on the banks of Lake Bolsena it doesn't have a terrace, but the all glass wall provides an awesome view on the lake. The seafood is really fresh and well prepared. The staff is attentive and friendly. It is a real joy to have dinner here. I highly recommend it!

We were a group of 18, amongst which 8 kids. Although we regretted that no corigone was available when we came here, we feasted fantastic antipasti misti and first or second plates, mostly fish-based. Service was quick and very friendly notwithstanding the kids running in and out the restaurant. For vegetarians the menu seems limited but maybe on request dishes can be adapted.

Had a lovely time. Decor, toilets, value, quality, staff, menu, location. We could not fault it! Well done!

Great food and service, fantastic location by the lake. I don't put five stars because being a guest I can't evaluate the price quality ratio. I'll definitely come back.
