Kfc - Martinsburg

Good dinner option. 12 pcs bucket dinner was hot and fresh at a reasonable price.

Ordered online through KFC website. Went to get 3 of the same meal. Was informed only enough pot pies for 2. Said I could refund through doordash. I didn't use doordash. They subbed sadness bowl which was fine. Then claimed I didn't order 3 meals but 2. So didn't get drink or cookie. Even though I paid for them. Got home to not enough plastic ware for meals or straws for drinks. I love KFC but this one sucks.

Dine in was closed. No sign on doors. Had to call and was told that there was not enough staff to open the doors.

I was so impressed how clean the lobby and behind the counter was great new Manger! Very friendly and kind!

Enter at your own risk!! I used to work here and the management is terrible and rude. I have proof if anyone says otherwise!!!!!!
