The cambrian hotel is an ideal place for a traditional Australian pub lunch and a suitable refreshment. the cambrian hotel is just a few minutes walk from the historic maryborough station and. a very pleasant park. the day retreat train allows plenty of time to lunch. Safe, the inner of the cambrians is a little dated. that is part of the atmosphere. the staff are friendly and friendly. the meals are traditional aussie pub comfort eating and would appeal to seniors and hobbyists who enjoy meat and three veg portions are plentiful and there is a self-service plant section. the prices are reasonable. the beer is cold and there is a good wine selection for cheap trips. two of our seniors are not big eaters. the kitchen staff suggested that they share a steak and prepare it in two halves and served on separate plates. very thoughtful and the gesture was well received. traditional Australian land hotels are slowly disappearing so that the cambrian in maryborough offers the opportunity to eat both a relaxing and relaxing day with the train and good home style comfort.
