Been there on a Saturday night for dinner twice now. The food is AMAZING! It is presented like the 5 star restaurant it is and the flavours exceed the presentation. We love this place. After moving from Sydney to the area we feel truly grateful to have found this place. Book a birthday, romantic dinner, date night. And check out the prices. They're like most of the pubs around. You won't regret a dinner here.

When we showed up here, we were pretty stressed and feeling suspicious and a little cranky! But here at Muddy Waters Cafe, we had one of the best nights out ever.. Even the herb bread was impressive(made on-site). There was acoustic music, which was tasteful and nonintrusive. Looking out over the river, seeing the boats moored that night was wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful, almost slightly too friendly. The food was very, very good. My husband's steak was excellent. Dessert was beautiful. And there was a great attention to detail in presentation.

This restaurant is now called Ebb n Flow and is now situated at the Brolga Theatre. Still overlooking the river....still great food. Slight fault at this time is they are awaiting their own liquor license and meanwhile are using the theater's drink menu. That said there should still be something to please most palates but it will be good when they have a bigger wine list.
