Feedback gevenAwful. If I could give zero stars I would. Don 't let the lobby fool you. The evening clerk said they were under renovation and short staffed but the truth is it is a dump and guests should not be in this unclean and unsafe space until renovations are done. He said push the down button on the elevator even though you are going up. Thats the only way it works. Pool is not open and has green moldy water. The parking lot is closed and you have to park next door in an office building parking lot and hope you don 't get towed and your car is safe. The whole place smelled like an ashtray mixed with armpit mixed cheap cologne. We had two rooms reserved and both were dirty. Literally dirty towels and counters with food on it. They moved one of us to another room and it looked nearly the same and had no toilet paper or dryer. When we went to ask for TP and he said rooms don 't have hairdryers and we should find housekeeping and ask for TP. We responded that we knew there were hairdryers because other room had one and couldn 't he find someone and get us TP. We were trying to make it one night of a 3 day stay so we could get another hotel the next day but when overheard the evening manager on the phone talking about how none of the door locks on the room worked. We checked out immediately. The clerk had the nerve to say so you went into the rooms so now the room is dirty insinuating he was going to charge us...I said No the room was dirty when we went in!
I spoke with the new Manager Darrelle Lockley yesterday. He was very professional and was able to handle for me in less than 10 minutes what the General Manager refused to acknowledge. I left my review after our stay which to say nicely was not very pleasant. The General manager asked me to call and after wasting my time for 4 days I was lucky to get Darrelle yesterday. I explained to him about the unfortunate events of our stay. Yesterday was his 2nd day in this new management role and he accepted accountability for a situation he was not even a part of. He knew exactly who I was speaking of when I told him the good and the bad. Darrelle you sir are the change I believe this place needs. For the current General Manager, shame on you ma'am. You ignore your guests as if we will go away. You forget it is our stays that pay for the rooms which in turn pay your salary. Darrelle I wish you the best of luck sir! Darrelle if there were more than 5 stars for service you would get them all sir.
I heard there was renovations. I stay at Hilton properties exclusively and a Diamond. This was one of the worst properties that I have stayed in. Breakfast was horrible. No juices because the entire machine was broke. Hot breakfast was burnt and the first day none existent. Was more of a bad joke. The air conditioning vents in the common breakfast area have mold covering them. No shampoo in the ENTIRE hotel. The room was ok but it still wasn’t good. The best thing in the room was the shower head. The only bright spot was the staff. I would not recommend this hotel for the price and problems.
Basic room, clean sheets, no shampoo. Hotel managed to make a continental breakfast even worse than I could imagine. Not very well run. Really lame customer service. Even the elevator didnt want to be there. It sounded like it was going to break any moment. Never again.
Terrible customer service. The front desk lady argued with me after moving me to a 2nd room without a microwave. The other front desk lady finally brought a microwave to my room which was covered in dust. Then the TV didn't work and they didn't have a maintenance person who could help. The room wasn't very clean needed some repairs. I left and went to the Homewood Suites next door, which has been very nice.
