Delicious! I recently dined at AJ's, and while it’s true that there are only a few staff members, I spoke with the owner who assured me they have no plans to close anytime soon. The food was excellent, and I appreciated the opportunity to chat with the people who were preparing it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant in the near future!

They also have plenty of side options, including fried pickles. It’s a fantastic, reliable spot that’s worth a quick detour from the highway. Plus, AJ, the owner, is full of energy and really aims to make every guest happy!
