Mcdonald's - Maryville

I managed a Starbucks a few years ago and I know the challenge it can be to create a strong, caring culture in such a fast paced environment. So, I was excited to see the kind way the employees at this McDonald 's were treating each other. I even heard one of the ladies say to the rest of the team 'I love you ' and the rest of the team seemed to really appreciate her as she left. I hope that is indicative of an excellent working environment.

I don't go there often but whenever I do I'm never sorry I did. Today I swung by and grabbed some lunch. The person taking my order was friendly and the service was fast. The place was clean and the food was good. No complaints.

I came in and they were extremely busy but even though they were busy I only waited like 5 minutes to get my food. my fries were super hot and fresh my food tasted great and the costumer service was fantastic. I’ll definitely being coming back to this location.

Had great food and a good time at marketplace McDonald's the other day. Fries were fresh and hot and had the best frappe that I've ever had there.my complements to the young lady that made it awesome job. Great food, friendly service.

Update 06/03/2022: This McDonald's is the absolute best! Kendall entered my order. Shortly afterwards, she alerted me to the fact that the supply of biscuits was depleted. She asked if I wanted anything during the 10 minute wait for biscuits. She brought a burrito immediately. And then delivered my order, giving me two gift cards. I expressed my sincere thanks to her I also commended the store's new manager, Kiersten. All I can say is, Wow! Thanks to McDonald's management for hiring and retaining such stellar employees, Kiersten and Kendall. Excellent food and service.
