Pagliai's Pizza - Maryville

Buffet experience was fantastic! The pizza was fresh, hot, and loaded with plenty of toppings and cheese. The garlic cheese bread was incredibly delicious. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The entrees and desserts were also excellent. As for the salad bar, it offered just the right variety of toppings for my taste, including sunflower seeds, croutons, red onions, mushrooms, and the standout feature: a rich blue cheese dressing with generous chunks of blue cheese. Overall, a great dining experience!

I absolutely love Pagliai's! I've enjoyed this pizza place since my days at Northwest Missouri State. Today, I had the chance to have lunch with my wife, and it was delightful! I recognized most items on the buffet, along with a few new additions. The salad bar seemed a bit more extensive than I remembered. They had great dessert pizza, cookies, and cheddar bits, along with some tasty chocolate goo! The service was excellent, and the buffet was promptly restocked—it was clean and well organized.

This place is amazing. The food is something of the best I've ever had. The staff is very helpful and I mentioned how good the food is? And they keep the food on the buffet.

This restaurant is excellent for enjoying pizza and spaghetti. It's a fantastic spot to find delicious food.

Good hometown cooked food. Love that they have a buffet and put many of their specialty pizzas on it. The spaghetti is on point for me. I some might not like it but I love it. It's the main reason I come here to eat. My family and I always leave this place full. I've never been a fan of thin crust pizza but Pagliais is excellent. Great job to all the workers. Keep up the good work.
