Feedback gevenUpdate: I have raised my rating to 4 stars. The customer service and food were excellent, I received fresh orange chicken without a wait and was given the correct drink with a straw. I had a great experience with my drive-thru order and will consider increasing my rating to 5 stars if they continue to provide consistent service. Only time will tell.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Sean at Panda Express, and he did an incredible job. He was extremely professional, spoke to me like family, and all the other employees working were also very positive. It was a truly amazing experience.
The chicken used to be my go-to meal at this restaurant, but this time it tasted overcooked and too salty. The atmosphere was not inviting as I had to ask an employee to clear a table for me to sit at. There were six staff members and only one other customer, so I was surprised that they couldn't clean off a table. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at this place.
I am very impressed with this restaurant. As I travel around the country for work, I have noticed that many restaurants are facing challenges with supply chain issues and staffing shortages due to Covid-19. However, this restaurant has been consistently well-maintained and fully stocked every time I have visited. I never have to wait for anything and the staff is friendly and attentive. I give it a 5-star rating.
I will never ever visit a panda express after I have been eating here. I was glad when it opened, but the food quality is now just terrible. do not go here if they have to avoid the huhn teriyaki. the image shows cut white meat, with a crust grilled chicken. they get gray-looking slimy chicken and half of it will be fat and member. it looked like it was all the worst parts that were trimmed by huh and cooked in teryaki and water manager was rude and immediately said no refunds for each eat. After I had been in the restaurant and telephone, I could finally get a refund. I rarely return food, but that was simply completely unacceptable. the manager also said to get customers what they get when it gristle and fat, which is what they get. no restaurant operates this business model.
