Pizza Hut - Maryville

Would have been better if they had not left off a persons order. We didn’t know until we arrived back home. They wouldn’t give a cash credit, just a store credit.

6 employees working in the restaurant yet only 1 was working FOH. No manager stepping in and taking control of FOH and there was no one to take accountability for the people waiting restlessly while the incompetent employees were allowing pizzas to sit out unboxed for 10 minutes!!! Seen it with my own ? This restaurant needs managers who will take charge of the situation and work accordingly. Not just employees trying to hide from customers. And btw do NOT mark people's orders as ready if they have to wait for 20+ minutes for their order after it showed completed 20 minutes earlier!!

We placed an order for 2 pizzas. The app said 35 minute wait once I paid the order said 2 hr wait. There was a line of 6-8 !people with same complaint. I think they need more

Average fast food pizza place. If they are busy expect 20+ minutes waits on orders to be ready.

The guy with the beard was working the register, waiting on tables, cooking and answering phones. Muti-tasking. Good job
