5 points for being in the city, near most of the hotels. Actually, Hams Cup is just behind Balay Valencia which is easier for me to grab a bite or coffee from the cafe. They were friendly and will accommodate you no matter what. It was a hip cafe in a province. I brought a friend here on my second visit to let her try the coffee and i didn't disappoint her.

Walang whip cream ang frappe na order ko????. Parang umorder lang kami ng shake.. Nachos are good.

Pure Beef Burger is superb! Better than burgers that I had in Manila.
