Sugar Factory - Mashantucket

This restaurant is a popular destination at Foxwoods Casino. Reservations fill up quickly, and when we arrived, they were fully booked. They do have a waiting area that operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Fortunately, our wait wasn’t too long, though it can vary during busy times. The service was prompt since there were just two of us. The menu is impressive, offering a wide variety of amazing options that might make you want to order more than you can eat. We were seated near the kitchen, and every dish that came out was a feast for the eyes. The food was excellent. While the prices are on the higher side, it is absolutely worth every dollar. Visiting this restaurant is definitely a treat. As a returning guest, I can say that the 55-minute drive from my home is well worth it.

It's one of those spots where you go for the amazing atmosphere and a fun social experience. I had the Strawberry Lemonade Splash, the Mac and Cheese Burger, and what I refer to as "pretty patties."

I had a fantastic time at this restaurant! The party atmosphere was vibrant and made for an upbeat, fun experience. The presentation of the drinks was outstanding, and the desserts were even more impressive. The meals were delicious as well. A big shoutout to the staff for their excellent service!

I would have definitely gave it a five-star rating if it wasn't for my sandwich which is the one on the baguette. Every other sandwich and hamburger came out amazing the milkshakes chicken fingers the sliders the back and cheese burger the waffle Burger. But that means steak and cheese sandwich for the price it was mostly mushrooms I definitely recommend just getting a burger when you go there. But the hostess and the waitress were amazing I definitely give them five star little overpricey but it's understandable it's in the casino you're there for the fun.

Vibrant decor. Tempting to buy all the sweets! Loved the colorful burger sliders. Rest of the food was so/so. The smoky drinks and upbeat atmosphere are what make this place special. It was incredibly busy and loud. Cute spot though. Would recommend on occasion.
